  2. You agree NOT to:

  3. XWCC does not ship cannabis products across state lines.

3. Account Registration

To place orders, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

5. Delivery Policy

XWCC offers legal, compliant cannabis delivery within approved delivery zones.

5.1 Delivery Requirements

  1. You must present a valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery.
  2. The person placing the order MUST be the person receiving it.
  3. Deliveries may only be made to:
    • Residential addresses;
    • Other locations allowed under state law.
    Delivery to federal property or prohibited locations is not allowed.

5.2 Delivery Process

  1. You will receive order confirmation after checkout.
  2. A driver will arrive within the estimated delivery window.
  3. Drivers cannot complete delivery if:
    • You appear intoxicated;
    • You cannot produce a valid ID;
    • The drop-off location is unsafe or non-compliant.

If delivery fails due to customer error, a redelivery fee may apply.

5.3 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary and will be shown at checkout.

6. Pickup Policy

If you choose in-store pickup:

  • You must present a valid government-issued ID at pickup;
  • Orders must be picked up during designated hours;
  • Unclaimed orders may be canceled by XWCC.
